Customizing your contact and inquiry form within Simplient is super simple. There are a few standard fields already created for you, and then you just decide what additional information you'd like to request. For instance, you might offer a dropdown of your types of photography in case your prospective client knows what type of session they're inquiring about. This can also be used as a way to prevent unnecessary inquiries that aren't a match from happening at the start. If you only shoot wedding photography, you might not be interested in shooting a family reunion.
This information is stored inside the client's record within Simplient where you can review it whenever you need it. Many other systems simply send you an ambiguous email including the form submission information and if you don't commit it to memory when it first comes through good luck!
